The Communist Party of China is the vanguard of the Chinese working class, the vanguard of the Chinese people and the Chinese nation, the leading core of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and represents the development requirements of China’s advanced productive forces, it represents the direction of China’s advanced culture and the fundamental interests of the overwhelming majority of the Chinese people. The highest ideal and ultimate goal of the party is to realize communism.

Regulations of the Communist Party of China on Disciplinary Action

In order to safeguard the party constitution and other regulations within the party, to strictly enforce party discipline, to purify the party's organization, to protect the democratic rights of party members, to educate party members to abide by discipline and the law, and to safeguard the unity and unity of the party, to ensure the implementation of the party's line, principles, policies, resolutions and state laws and regulations, and to formulate these regulations in accordance with the Constitution of the Communist Party of China.
